All the coffee listed on slowgrind is freshly roasted to order by our partner roasters.
Tasting notes and information for each product is provided by the roaster, and serves as a guide to help curate your experience in finding the best coffee to suit your taste.
If you feel that a product:
- Has been damaged or spoilt in transport
- Significantly deviates from the description provided.
Please do not hesitate to contact us at email@example.com to discuss appropriate resolution.
Please be aware that we will not ever resell returned coffee.
Therefore, we cannot accept returns based simply on on dislike or change of mind.
Having said this, customer satisfaction is our priority and any incident will be reviewed on case by case basis.
